Painting has always been a cherished pursuit of mine, and my recent projects from Intro to Painting this fall reflect that passion. I explored color, form, and composition, stepping beyond my foundation in portraiture to embrace the challenge of still life. Among my creations, my reinterpretation of the cover for Derek and the Dominos' album “Layla” stands out as my favorite. In this piece, I experimented with my style, diverging from the original's painterly techniques. Painting is a profound passion of mine, and I am dedicated to incorporating it into my ongoing journey as an artist.
